(C)Osmosis works directly with the largest fields that organize all of Life — the primordial life-substance, the organizing patterns of everything.
Some call this work Archetypal. Some call it Mythic or Imaginal.
I call it Bodacious Life Artistry and Wizardry 😏
(C)Osmosis is a way of being that’s cellular, relational, mythic, intelligent, fractal, and FUN.

(C)Osmosis is a relational group field (aka human soup) where your relationship with the Tide (the creativity and intelligence of Life) becomes tangible and felt - the palpable conscious aliveness that is at the heart of all that is…which very directly responds to us when we come into relationship with it. Where Soul’s mythic interior is met with a mythic field and allows for a deeper incarnation into the Body.
A relational field where no one is a Seeker (aka a client). And everyone is a Seeker.
(C)Osmosis is a ritual space where through subtle perception and introspective inquiry we expand and develop our relationship with the creative forces of Life around and within us. Our receptivity and responsiveness to it. The work is experiential, and it is unique and personal to each participant and each time a group comes together. We start by invoking a series of open ended maps of the subtle world, through which we develop a shared language and a storyline for our inner experiences.
Body Cosmology
Most modalities aim for resolution. (C)Osmosis invites you to relate and resonate with the primordial forces and undercurrents that shape Life itself.
(C)Osmosis is the territory of the primary forces that organize all of Life. It is a living, mytho-somatic field-based transformation that goes beyond the psychological, somatic, energetic, therapeutic, or behavioral lens.
It’s a new yet ancient way of engaging with and relating to fields that shape our human experience. A new and ancient approach to trauma work without ever saying the word “trauma” or spending years going on trauma-digging expeditions.
It works within the largest organizing fields of life - the Imaginal Realm - entering mythic, primordial, cosmic, ancestral, shamanic, soul fields, working with the primordial undercurrents of Life and Self.
(C)Osmosis is a pivot from endless personal processing to communal dynamics and larger context. An invitation into the embodied re-enactment of the Breath of Life.
It’s not something you do. Instead, it does you. It’s something you relate to - and it reshapes you in return. It happens at the deepest layers of weaving yourSelf back into the larger context of Life.
Effortless. Effective. Efficient.
Without trying or working on anything.
Through (C)Osmosis, we:
- Enter the Field through the Imaginal Realm (vs. invoking a part of the field), allowing it to tap us on the shoulder and reveal what wants to be lived and communicated
- Resonate with primordial patterning before story, before structure, before symptom (on purpose)
- Engage in imaginal participation where the field becomes the seeker, inviting us into role, movement, or shift
- Reveal the healthy texture of congruence through somatic sensing (vs. mental mapping)
- Offer a direct experience of Soul-speaking, where words arise not from will but from the mythic voice of the field
Because the nature of the Soul is deeply mythic…
The Soul wants an outer drama to match its mythic interior.
(C)Osmosis becomes the space where drama is not just allowed - but reverently staged, imperfectly on purpose.
In doing so, we become an embodied re-enactment of a myth (personal and collective mythology that we all live out). Because without this re-enactment, the undercurrent of the myth will live us and through us in a chaotic and compulsive way.
(C)Osmosis offers a witnessing and moving structure, a shapeshifting framework.
In (C)Osmosis, we, quite literally, are living inside a fairytale. The fairytale our younger selves always wanted and knew was possible. We meet this because when this soul-need for mythic intensity goes unmet - we still (unconsciously) seek it and it shows up as addiction, escapism, overwork, self-sabotage – even plant medicine assisted spiritual bypass journeys.
(C)Osmosis doesn’t suppress that mythic hunger - it gives it form, place, ritual, and resonance.
With (C)Osmosis the drama is brought into health and harmonic resonance. It satisfies the deep longing to live within something larger than ourselves - without needing to fracture or fragment to find it.

It reorganizes your imaginal coordinates in real time, showing you what your Soul, Spirit and Body already know and helping you remember how to listen.
